Jayne Hitman is a credit union professional with 30 plus years of experience and expertise in all aspects of member and employee engagement.
She is a consultant and thought leader working to build strong relationship cultures throughout the credit union industry. She is passionate about the credit union movement and focused on providing powerful solutions for member centric service excellence. Her moto is “Making the movement stronger, one credit union at a time.”
Jayne’s experience in the credit union industry is extensive: almost 20 years as a consultant delivering CUNA’s Creating Member Loyalty (CML) program and 17 years spearheading the sales and service efforts at one of California’s largest credit unions.
Jayne partners with organizations all over the country, has developed and coached executives, managers and trainers to reach new heights in their careers and is a past winner of the prestigious “President’s Council” Award for her outstanding service and achievements in working with credit unions.
