Balanced Scorecard Development
We’ve developed balanced scorecards for credit unions of all different sizes and charter types. This will include leading and lagging indicators in four areas: financial, member, operations and employees.
Scorecard assignments vary widely in difficulty depending on the credit union culture, existing membership and target markets, existing metrics, available technology, etc. Deliverables for this assignment could include:
- A minimum of one day on site to select key performance indicators
- Building scorecard templates
- Vendor selection for tracking
- One day on site to work with key stakeholders
- Monthly review of scorecards produced with feedback
- Monthly conference calls to discuss issues
- Unlimited phone support with the key contact for up to a year
