Carla Dawson, Chief Administrative Officer: Carla handles the administrative side of the projects. Her professional background includes managing the mortgage operations area of a financial institution with volumes in excess of $500 million per year.

Brent Carstensen, Senior Consultant: Brent has many years consulting experience with financial institutions from his days with McGladrey and then Schneider Sales Management. Brent is a nationally recognized expert in financial institution call center operations and selling. He has worked with dozens of Credit Unions in helping them improve their sales and service results.

Carrie Lee, Senior Consultant: Carrie is also a Schneider Sales alum where she worked with dozens of Credit Unions on both consulting and training applications. Her industry career includes managing the implementation of a sales and service culture at Mid Minnesota Credit Union.

Dave Graham, Consultant: Dave is an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Prior to returning to school Dave was Second Vice President in Northern Trust’s Commercial Banking division specializing in loans of $100-$500 million and taught credit quality to Northern’s retail bankers.
